We (Universal Adviser) are not affiliated with any government or government agency for visas. We provide consultation, documentation, application filling, and concierge services for immigration/visas and instead of a service fee. It maintains www.universaladviser.co.in, a private website, which offers general information on issues related to immigration/visas. We are neither a legal firm nor provide any kind of legal service or suggestion to its users. By accessing our website, you agreed to use the provided reference purposes only and not as professional advice. We do not offer legal advice, opinions or recommendations to our users about their legal rights, remedies, defences, options or legal strategies.

Legal Firm And Choice Of Law
By using our website (www.universaladviser.co.in) and purchasing our services, you enter into a legal contract with Universal Adviser. This also means that you agreed the prevailing party in a civil lawsuit may be awarded reasonable attorney’s fees.

Refund Policy

2. Return Of Application
The client understands and accepts that Embassy/High Commission uses its discretion in processing the application as per the required skills else return the application with the refund of the visa fee. In case of return of the application by the Embassy/High Commission, Universal Adviser will refund 20% of the consultation charges paid to the company by the client.
3. Rejection Of Application
In case of rejection by the Embassy/High Commission, Universal Adviser will refund 30% of the consultation charges paid to Universal Adviser by the client.
The refund will be made within 90 working days after the client submits the Refund Form, Copy of the rejection letter, Copy of the rejection stamp on the passport and a copy of the Universal Adviser receipt.
Universal Adviser will provide no refund if the visa is rejected for any of the following reasons:
- 1. Failure of medicals by the client or his/her family members included in the application.
- 2. Failure to provide a genuine Police Clearance Certificate, which is not more than 3 months old.
- 3. Submission of fraudulent, forged/false or fabricated documents with your application.
- 4. Prior violation of any immigration or visa law by the client or any of his/her family members included in the application.
- 5. Late submission of any documents requested by the consulate at a later stage.
- 6. The client also understands and accepts that no refund will be given if the client withdraws/abandons his/her application or decides to drop out, due to any reason, during the preceding after s/he sign-ups. No claim will be paid if you withdraw your case/application for any personal reasons.
Universal Adviser will provide no refund (100% nonrefundable) for any of the following reasons:
- if a visa interview is requested by the Embassy/High Commission and the Candidate fails to attend.
- If the client fails to get the required score in IELTS to meet the eligibility criteria and as advised by the Universal Adviser consultant.
Penalty & Refund In Case Of Non-Submission Of Documents
In the event of non-submission of any document to Universal Adviser as required within 60 working days, the client is liable to pay a percentage of the Universal Adviser fee as a penalty to revive his/her immigration application.
Hereby, the client is liable to pay a penalty of 30% of the Universal Adviser service fee to process his/her application further. Failure to pay this will result in the closure of the case and Universal Adviser is not liable to provide any further service or refund any percentage of the fee tithe client. In the event of any further delay after 120 days the case would be put under voluntary abandonment and Universal Adviser will not be liable to process the application further. In this case, the client will not be entitled to a refund of any fees previously paid to Universal Adviser Migration Services Client understands and accepts that the approval of his/her immigration application is purely at the discretion of the High Commission and the approval of his/her visa is purely at the discretion of the High Commission.
We hereby provide processing services, which increases the chances of approval and do not, in no way, guarantees that the client will receive a visa from the High Commission.
Responsible Use And Conduct

Wherein, you understand that:
- 1. To access the resources on our website (www.universaladviser.co.in) you may be required to provide some personal information like name, contact number, work experience, etc. as per the registration process or as part of your ability to use the resources. You agree that any information provided is accurate, correct, and up to date.
- 2. When you access our resources, you are responsible for maintaining any login information that is confidential associated with your account on our resources. Accordingly, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account/s.
- 3. Any access or attempts to access any of the resources by any means other than the ones we provide are strictly prohibited by Universal Adviser. You hereby agree not to access any of the resources through any unethical, automated or unconventional means.
- 4. Engaging in any activity that interferes with our resources (including the servers and/or networks) is strictly prohibited.
- 5. Any attempt to copy, duplicate, sell, reproduce, trade, or resell any of our resources is strictly prohibited.
- 6. You will be solely responsible for any damage, loss, or consequences that we may have to incur (directly or indirectly) due to any unauthorized activity by you, as explained above. This may also incur civil or criminal liability.

Limitation Of Warranties
- Our resources will meet your needs or requirements.
- The use of our Resources will be error-free, timely, uninterrupted, or secure.
- The information obtained from our resources will be accurate or reliable, and
- any defects in the operation or functionality of any Resources will be repaired or corrected.
Furthermore, you understand and agree that:
- v) You are solely responsible for any content downloaded or obtained (otherwise) that causes any damage to your computer or other devices or any loss of data incurred after downloading any such content.

Limitation Of Liability
In conjunction with the Limitation of Warranties as explained above, you expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of products and/or services. www.universaladviser.co.in will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our Resources, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.

Governing Law

Universal Adviser (www.universaladviser.co.in) disclaims all types of warranties and conditions of any kind whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
